| Hopefully next year Ill get some night vision but a cheap PEQ15 was listed on a local forum today. How can I tell if its stolen military property? What should it cost if it wasn't stolen? |

What's cheap? Not *all* of them are stolen, though HSI would like you to believe that. They can be bought brand new from no shortage of online vendors for $1300, if you have the right letterhead. Not something most "letterhead" holders will allow their staff to do. Either way then, the employee has just donated their personal funds for the ability to use the item for an amount of time. |
