[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Surefire M951 Value

I have a Surefire M951 that is brand new with the original box and everything. Ive added an SR07 tape switch as well as one of Surefire's QD mounts.

How much do y'all think I could get out of it with the upgraded parts? I was thinking $150?

I would post pics, but don't have the light in front of me.

They're plentiful on eBay since most of the guys overseas used them. I'd say $150 is a good starting point; might get a little more since beat-up ones without switch go for about $13 (sometimes find one without anything for $90).

I bought my last M952V's with surefire QD and tape switch for $135. I think I paid $90 for my last 951 with the tape switch and IR filter. The 951 didn't have the QD mount, just the thumb screw mount. Those prices are all on the low end and if your willing to wait a bit longer you might get more. IMO $150 is to high for a 951.

M952V's are falling from the sky for $170-200 new...so id say a new 951 would catch $125ish
