[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Which light mount?

Which of these two light mounts would you recommend for my 870? Viking Tactics or Elzetta

Elzetta. The VTAC mounts don't work with some lights (smooth sided Surefire's move in the mounts for instance) and every Elzetta mount/light I've ever used have been top notch.

FWIW, the VTAC mount is a great mount as well, I have two and they work great with certain lights.

This should probably be under Shotguns instead of AR Lights/Lasers.

On-topic, the only lights I like on my shotguns are the Surefire dedicated forends -- just a strong personal preference, YMMV.

ElZetta and Gear Sector make the very best mounts that I have used. The Elzetta 1500 is my favorite AR mount.
