It looks like an M951 but I don't know crap about Surefire lights. I also have the IR filter cover that goes with it. No mount screws though. Trying to determine the model and value of all that. Thanks!

Not many people will care about an IR filter since most won't have NODs. Even with a mount, 951s typically all for $100ish. They use an older, obsolete incan head and there's a plethora of them on the market.
I don't know where you'd just get a mount unless you went with a secondary like a larue or found someone willing to sell you their unused one. Bottom line, you're not going to get very much for it. Same with older 952, 961, scouts light (kl4 head), etc.... |

I told him I would try to sell this one for him so he can get a light better suited for his needs. |
