[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Lightest AR Flashlight

I was hoping someone could make a recommendation on a lightweight flashlight to be mounted on a MagPul MOE foregrip. It doesnt have have a tail cap, could be activated with a switch. Main thing Im trying to accomplish is lightweight.

im a big fan of the tlr-1s, small, bright, and has strobe function.....

CQB light or long throw?

Generally, I like: TLR-1 if you are on a budget, the 300 scout if you have some $ to spend.

I have a TRL-1 for my Glock. I just attached the rails to my MOE handgaurd and I put the TRL-1 on there. I like it pretty well and it is light. For some reason I wasnt sure you could mount a light typically used for a handgun on a rifle. Not sure why I thought that. Anyway, it is light and I like it alot. I put in on my Bravo Middy lightweight.
