The EagleTac P100A2 MKII, around 200 lumens. It has a smaller than 1" OD but fits in a Viking Tactics offset mount made for the Surefire E series. I'm aware of a few hundred that were mounted on M4 and have not heard of any problems.

After looking at the eagletac and others I think I can just make my quark AA tactical work for what I need it to do, problem seems to be with these (most of them) AA lights is finding a mount that will work with them since everything is geared around surefire sizes .86 & 1 inch..

Look at the Elzetta light mount. They are in the Industry forum.

Elzetta

TerraLux 220 light will fit the Elzetta Mount.

This looks interesting but there seems to be absolutely no information on it.

Thank you for asking this question! I have been wondering the exact same thing!  I am running a EoTch scope it would be nice to just have to carry one set of back up batteries. Plus when SHTF AA are a lot easier to find.

EagleTac makes two of this style light. The P20A2 MKII , and the P100A2
Does any one know about the spill, and throw of these lights?

The eagletac looks good but.... the tactical series is CR123 batteries the AA series has a .8 inch body where the CR tactical has a 1 inch body, so the eagle tac doesn't really solve anything but give you another option in CR type battery...

I've been using the Fenix TK20 in an Elzetta ZORM mount and so far it's worked well. Uses a neutral-while LED for better color rendition and switches between 150/45 lumens w/a slight twist of the bezel.
