I'm looking for some information about converting my visible red laser to IR for my TLR-2.  Any thought/ideas or recommendations on someone that can do this conversion?

Thats a REALLY powerful laser for a pistol light. I would dare say unusable at pistol ranges without a neutral density filter to tame it down.  A paq-4c is .7mw and it still blooms a little at 50 feet with 2nd gen stuff.

YMMV

I agree...20mnw will bloom way too much to be accurate.  5mw and under would be fine if used in the 950nm range.

I have one of his LaserMax units and it works good.

I keep trying to get him to do a complete TLR2 conversion with IR light and laser.
No luck yet.
