Can someone point me to one? I am both LE/Mil so i may get a good one but i still don't know whats right for me, i'm running a pvs-14, and as much as i like weapon mounted i'd rather just put an ir laser on my rifle.
Cheap is good since it's coming out of pocket, but a mil grade one is preferred. |

You'll probably end up around $2K. Talk to Clasky from TNVC. He was really helpful when I asked him about it.
I'd go with a PEQ-15, as that's what I've used. It's also arguably the best on the market. Another good choice is the DBAL-A2. Cheaper would be the PEQ-2, but it's larger and has less features than the PEQ-15. The cheapest is probably gonna be the PAC-4c, but it's only an aiming laser and lacks the illuminator, as well as many of the features of the other lasers. The TNVC guys also seem to really like the VITAL series and the ATTILLAs, but I don't know a lot about those. My first choice would be a PEQ-15, but that's mainly because that's what I have experience with. Take a look at TNVC's site and see what they have, and talk to them. Also, if your pistol has a rail, take a look at the UNI-IR. I believe they run about $200, and if you're working at night, it'd be a great idea to have the ability to transition. |
