I have a used Millenium light and I would like to know if anyone makes any drop in LED modules for these lights. I have upgraded my 6P with a LED and I love it. The light I have looks like this but it has the thumb screw mound instead of the throw lever.

We make replacement heads. http://tnvc.com/items/illumination_tools/tnvc_tx4_conversion_head.html  You can see an on-going thread here on our lamps.  http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=20&t=394099&page=13  Natural color heads are out of stock along with the adapter for 2 weeks. We've had quite the run on this with the initial offering.  Hope this helps.

Exactly what I was looking for, thanks. I will have to check which exact model I have to see if I need an adapter, since my AR is at my friend's house.

Whoa!

Am I reading this correctly that you have constructed and are selling an LED conversion that will fit my Surefire M500 carbine forends?

I've been waiting for you for years!

This thread just made my week When will they be back in stock?

ETA: Thank you Vic!! I've been bitching about the lack of a viable LED conversion for my M500s for years. If you dig through the archive, there are threads from at least 2004 with me bitching and moaning about it. Thank you thank you thank you.

ETAA: My wife is going to be pissed. Here are a few of the poor, obsolete souls in need of upgrade:

The black heads are in stock? How about the adapter? Does this mean I will see mine soon?

Vic, I've poured over your website and I'm fairly certain that I know the answer to this already, but I just want to make sure before I order: For use on an M500A carbine forend I just need to buy the head itself, right? No other adapters required?

Thanks in advance for your help...and this product!!

Not that the color matters a damn, but a black head will even match the first rig I want to upgrade-this training carbine:

Apparently it's meant to be. Thanks again Vic

Correct, no adapter needed to screw into the 500.  Hope this helps.

It does indeed help-thanks again for the input Vic

To your knowledge, have any ARFcommers done a review on this unit yet? If not, with your permission I'd love to write one for the benefit of the community.

Well I started to take some pics but when I went to assemble it I realized they sent the wrong adapter. Gotta call tomorrow and get it taken care of. I did "bench" test it, yeah its bright.

the conversions are bullet proof....have one on my m951 and took out a door jamb with it at work, still works and not a mark on it!  the black color doesn't match the rest of the light, but i don't care, it's a work gun and it's gonna get banged up anyways, great product!
