I was wondering if anyone has converted the incandescent M952 Millienium UWL to an LED.  If so, hows it working?  Lumens?  Run time?  Thanks.

Run time is greatly extended but illumination is greatly decreased.  I will go back to incandescent after tis LED wears out

I was mainly lookig if anyone has used any after market drop in conversions, such as the Malkoff.  Thanks though.

I got the Malkoff M60F and it is UNBELIEVABLE!  It puts out so much more lumens than the incandescent and better run time.  I liked it so much I bought another drop in for my Z2.  I also got a drop in for a Stinger I have (another manufacturer).  One note, you may have to chip out the black plastic ring where the "drop in" LED base goes into the housing unit of the M95.  I did, and it was no big deal.

Over on candlepowerforums there's a guy named 'milkyspit" who does custom conversions.  He can make one that is brighter, and longer lasting, than a standard model.

But his services are not cheap.
