So I am looking for the perfect light but so far I can't find what I want. I want something that will mount on my picatinny rail system, has about 120-150 lumens, can be used with a tape switch mounted on vertical grip and has the strobe feature similar to the Insight Typhoon or Black-ops Gladius. If anyone knows if this light exists please let me know. Thanks.

Surefire 9P w/DD offset mount. Get the optional 200 lumen bulb (LED) and strobe it yourself w/your thumb.
Forget about the tape switch the end cap switch will be right by your thumb w/the offset mount.

Used to have the Surefire setup but went to this and never looked back: Streamlight TLR-1 or TLR-2, modified with Seoul Semiconductor LED and circuit boosted to 1A to the LED. About 250 lumens out the front    Tape switch not shown in the picture but mounts at 11 o'clock on the rail.

If you just swap the LED out without modifying the circuit, you'll get 200 lumens out the front, and about an hour and a half of runtime. Not bad. Beats the crap out of those high output incandescents. I love mine.
