I was at lowes the other day and see that they sell two Surefire tactical lights
not sure of the model numbers now but the metal one was $80 and the rubber was around $60  both had 80 lumen output
anyone seen them? any good?

I use the G2-LED and it hasn’t had any problems with recoil or anything. Very bright! I have it in a CAA mount.

I got one the other day they carry a led conversion for the mag lite works great!

I'm currently wearing a 6P-LED that came from Lowe's. I go through a set of batteries every week or so, which is lightyears better than my A2 Aviator

Good lights but they can be found cheaper. It is nice to have them available though.

if they're the the G2 LED, which is a good dependable light with great output and runtime, then I'd invest in one, but like r6vr6 said, they can definitely be found cheaper.  you can usually get one off of ebay for just under $60 shipped.  A local gun dealer did have them for $62 but that's the cheapest I've seen in store.
