anyone use one of these? a buddy of mine has one and loves it very reliable. i think its the best bang for the buck light out there . what are yall's opinions

Obsolete. Plastic body and incadescent lamp. Considering that you can get a Streamlight TLR-1 (weaponlight) for under $100 and TLR-2 (light + laser) for around $225, the M6X is not as great a deal as you think.

I have an M3X and love it. That being said, it IS obsolete. I would not buy another.

I was a big fan of the Insight M6X, (I have them on four weapons), until I tried a Streamlight TLR-2. Now my two primary weapons wear TLR-2's.
