Decided to try the Surefire X300 vs. the traditional tubular lights for my AR.I liked the lumens and double the runtime.But,i am unable to find where anyone has run this light on their rifle.Did i waste my lunch money?

I just picked one up too. I was running the M600a Scout light before, and this is much brighter and lighter. Haven't had a chance to shoot with it yet though.

Turns out the X300 was a fine choice.Tight beam and nice and bright.The compact size makes for a small footprint as well.
