I have noticed that MagLite has come out with an LED conversion for their battery powered lights. Does anyone know if/when they will come out with a conversion for their rechargeable lights? Thanks. |

I don't know about a rechargeable conversion, but I bought the 3 watt LED conversion for my 3 D-cell. It is very impressive. I had givin my MagLite up years ago in favor of Surefire, but this LED conversion increases the output (at least in my eyes) over any of the following I own: Surefire G2 Surefire E2e Cabela's 3 watt LED Li-ion rechargeable Obviously, the Maglite is still too big and heavy for me to carry reguarily, but it's nice to get some use out of it again. |
