I am pretty much new to this site and I love it. I really think I am addicted to it. I got a new Pentagon flashlight from Calvin about a month ago and I am curious as to where everyone is putting their pressure switchs for their light at. I know it depends on where you locate your hands when you shoot. If I could see some pics of where you located them I would greatly appreciate it. Also I have a carbine if that helps any

I try to put the pressure switch somewhere on the same firearm as the light is mounted.

Seriously, try the pics/ gun pron threads.

Since I hold onto the magwell when I shoot, I put the pressure switch on the right side of the mag well.  All I have to do when I need light is press with one of my finger tips and VOILA!  Let there be light!

I used to use the tail cap switch and press it with my support hand by moving it farther forward than I usally held it on the handguard.  It did not work well, because I have short arms.  When I switched to holding on the magwell, the tape switch on the mag well was the obvious solution.
