| how does one do this? My present bulb is not in the socket, just rattling around the top of the light. can't figure out how to get in there.... ? |
| Remove the bezel assembly and pull the bulb housing out of the spring assy., once that's done you'll have to get the lamp to fall out of the reflector. After you've that accomplished you can reinsert the bulb to see if it's still good and run it longer. Or, underneath the silver cap (assuming you have a std. TL-3) is a spare bulb that you can switch to, simply pull off that cap to retrieve that bulb and the reinstall the cap. |
