| I just purchased a Gladius light and was wondering the best way to mount it on rail system? I am looking to go with a cheap mount, but will consider more expensive options if it is necessary. Thanks for the input. |

The cheapest is a basic 1" scope ring mount, next up would be the Vltor mount. If you're using a v. grip & want to offset the light for easier activation then the Viking Tactics or Daniel Defense offset mounts work well. LaRue's new Offset Light Mount (#LT606) is tailor-made for the Gladius. See It Here |

I like the looks of the Vltor mount. What is it made of? Does it hold the Gladius well? Looks like Calvin is going to be getting more of my money. The LaRue mount looks really nice, but a lttle on the high side of what I want to spend. FOr that price, I am almost half way to another surefire. |
It is made of Alum. and holds the Gladius well. C4 www.GRTactical.com |
Locking, adjustable throw levers are not cheap. |
