[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Light/Laser combo

I have a friend that will soon be installing a Surefire rail on his Bushmaster. What he wants is a laser/light combo for the gun similar to the Insight type. Personally, the only thing I've owned to date is an Insight light and its be fine for my use. Is there good quality durable unit for the AR-15? Can you take the unit off and reinstall without loosing zero on the laser?

I would pass on the Insight and look at Laser Devices Blast 2. They can be had with a Picatinny mount or an ARMS throw lever mount.

What does the blast 2 run? It looks smaller than an M6.
