I have owned and used Beast Enterprises, now known as MOA Targets (moatargets.com) target stands for several years and want to compliment them on a well made sturdy all metal target stand. Not only are they well made and easy to set up they have a lifetime warranty as well. I was recently at the range with some friends and one fellow was a bit off target and hit the base with his .45 acp pistol with several rounds. He did enough damage to make the stand unusable. Even though the company is under new ownership they immediately agreed to replace the stand and only asked for a photo of the damage and didn’t even ask for the damaged stand back. That is what I call outstanding customer service. |
| This is good to hear. Some vendors understand the value of great customer service, some don't. In this internet age, "word of mouth" travels REALLY fast. Many companies understand this, but don't realize it. There's a difference there. I myself have made countless purchases based on others' reviews of CS. |

Turns out 16gauge tube doesn't resist bullets well. We do offer a couple other designs that are much more durable, but heavier and more expensive as well. Thanks for the feedback RNL! |

Quoted: I was thinking that the warranty is pretty crazy!!!!! The only way I would offer a warranty like that would be if the buyer would prove to me that he knew how to shoot first. A+ for still honoring such a crazy warranty. Let's just ignore the fact I'm the third owner of the operation, and the only one to have other products to subsidize the crazy warranty. ![]() |
