It's just a ITW Fastex side quick release buckle kit (BFG link below), some Blue Force Gear models have it but the basic Vickers VCAS no longer includes them.

When the VCAS was first released and for several years those quick release buckle kits were included.

It must be sling day:) Mine savvy sniper came in the mail. I got the Black Quad X Cobra with all metal hardware. I'm just waiting on my setup to get here!!! Anyone know where and what is the best lens cover for the Elcan Specter? I have the 5.56 in FDE.
