[ARCHIVED THREAD] - B5 Systems Enhanced Stock

I was hoping somebody might be able to help me out here. I just bought a B5 Systems Enhanced Stock on ebay and i'm wondering if i just bought a factory reject? There is not
the QD mount on the stock, and that is whats makeing me worried. Does anybody have any knowledge about this or if it will work just fine?

you got a 1st Gen stock since it lacks the QD sling attachment.
it's probably a USGI surplus item and should be marked

1st Gen stock are known to be too tight on the tube due to the wrong specs given to B5 by the .gov
