So, I've got a nice long Plano 2 scoped gun case with pillars. Problem is it doesn't fit in the trunk. I had intended to buy a truck or SUV, but last time we changed vehicles we opted for another Impala. They have pretty damn big trunks, but apparently not big enough. So I got to thinking why don't I break down my AR & 870 and measure what size case would fit them, my FNP-9 & mags. Got it done and now I'm realizing I can't find any cases that are more "square" like this would be. I'd love to claim I'm a 3-gunner, but I'm not, but it does surprise me that nobody's come up with a 3-gun breakdown case like this. Has anyone ever seen a case that would be suitable for this? |
