| I'm looking at getting a bipod for my AR-15. I have it narrowed down to 3 different manufacturers although, one might be hard to get. The first is a Bobro. I have read these are the best but I can not find anyone that has them in stock. The next is Harris and the last is a TangoDown. Taking into consideration that I might not be able to find a Bobro, which is better, the Harris or the TangeDown? Thanks for the help. |

I cannot give an opinion on the TangoDown bipods, as I do not own one, however, I own 2 Harris bipods (A 6-9 and a 9-13, both notched leg w/ swivel). I really like the Harris bipods. The only thing I would suggest is to also get something like an Alpha-Bravo bipod lock. The little knob on the Harris bipods is just that: a LITTLE knob. Really hard to get a good grip on. Otherwise they're sturdy, stable, and well built. |
| Look into the Atlas V8 that is what I am getting next, and have heard nothing but good things about them. |

It has a large easy to use adjustment knob Here It is also lower profile than a Harris w/ a seperate mouint. |

I asked a question about this One but I did not get any replies. I could not pass on it for $42 shipped so I guess I will be letting the next guy who asks about them if they are any good or not. |
