Hi, I am new here.  I have just completed building my first AR-15, using parts obtained from CMMG.  (great quality I might add, and American made)  I have looked at the various threads dealing with making a 3-Point sling.  I have looked at other threads dealing with 2-Point slings.

My question is:  Is there a concise thread on here dealing with building, not buying,  a 2-Point sling?  One with complete instructions and pics?  One with the measurements of the nylon material needed, the exact hardware needed, the measurements of the nylon material between the hardware?  If a thread does not exist pertaining to this subject, perhaps someone could provide the information necessary to actually build one.  (Begging here)  It would be great if the parts needed could be obtained from www.strapworks.com  (I have already asked if strapworks would provide a kit for a 2-point sling and they said not for the time being)

I apoligize now if this subject has been dealt with in the past, I really looked hard for it within this website, to no avail.  Perhaps a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

This was my contribution. Go past the swivel part straight to the sling. The best part about using the tri-glides is you can adjust it like crazy, and find out by trial and error what the lengths should be. If I can be of any help, PM me.

I have read the pinned threads, especially the one on the 3-point sling.  Not sure of your comment 80sgyrene.  I was hoping someone could just show some pics and the exact hardware and lengths of webbing to use.  Thanks for any replies.
