Hi Guys:

Today I picked up a Harris bipod (BRM-S model).  This model allows the shooter to adjust the cant of the rifle.  The bipod looks like it is going to work great except that the knob that allows a person to lock in the cant is very small and hard to use.  I met a guy at the range that took his original off and replaced it with a large plastic knob.  Has anyone modified their adjustment knob on their bipod?  Any suggestions on parts and precedures for installing a modified knob are greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Thanks for the pod loc suggestion guys.  It's a bit more than what I wanted to spend.  Does anyone have a home brew solution?

Here it is.   I made it simple for you.     I bought one of this guys knobs for an Outers brand Harris knockoff.   The parts are first rate, and the guy is great to deal with.   I highly recommend him and his company.

Thanks for your help guys.  I just placed the order for the micro.  Great product at less than 1/2 the price of Pod Loc.  http://t-nuts.com/index.php?cPath=73&osCsid=9b75b4e3d580c0286f3356900baa8003
