| Hi all! I bought an M203 "Flare" Launcher to mount on my Colt AR. It's mostly for looks, but I'd like to hear from others as to what, if any, my options are for any kind of ammo. I found a dummy round for sale on line for $50. Anyone have any other suggestions? I believe it's 37mm. |

Are you talking about a 37mm flare launcher. I don't know where you could have come up with a 40mm M203 because apparently the gun dealers in Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico secured all that was available along with all the 40 mike mike ammo and sold the stuff to the mexican drug cartels. |

I have used firequest for smoke & firework rounds. I also bought some US spec smoke, tear gas, flares & non lethal stuff online. Google 37mm ammo That should bring up sites you can buy stuff from. I just ordered 60 firework rounds for the 4th last week. That's really all the 37mm is worth using it for. It's mounted to my Bushmaster 20" but I have it dismounted most of the time with the standard hand guards in place if it's not in use. |
