Will a Harris Bipod 6" to 9" mounted on a Larue mount clear a 30rd magazine on an m4. If so how much room do you have left? Thanks in Advance.

Yes it will. You wont have a ton of room but enough you wont ever find the need for more IMO unless shooting on a VERY steep incline to target.
