Do I need any kind of mounts to mount a Harris bi-pod on a Midwest Industries two piece forearm?

Assuming you have a railed forearm, this should do the trick:

Larue also makes a similiar adapter with their QD feature if you're gonna be taking the bipod on and off quite a bit.

I don't have a railed handguard get, will I still need a mount?

On a railed handguard, you would need what I posted above.  On a standard OEM 2 piece handguard, you would need a sling swivel stud to bolt to your bottom handguard, such as this adapter from harris:
