I don't have the model you are showing. I use a standard mount on my CAR-A3 and a model 150-611 on all of the rest. I have regular versa-pods on many of my non-AR rifles, my son's .22 savage, and even my air rifle! I like the 611 on rail guns because it is not as big as the mount you're showing. VersaPods are cheap Chinese copies of the Parker-Hale. I hate they are made in China, but I like the flexibility of quickly being able to remove the bipod completely or stick one of three adjustable lengths on the rifle (sitting, prone, bench). As a hunter, the flexibility the VersaPod offers can't be beat IMHO. I put you some AR picks below.
