They are...ok.
It held the bi-pod in place, but not with any great amount of confidence.
The one I tried didn't grab the rail very snug.
There is no full cross pin/bolt, so a good whack might break it.

So they are metal though?  Meh i guess it sounds like garbage.

I have a set amount of cash and the YHM mount and harris is like 120,

This crap mount with the harris is 100
This crap mount with a rock mount bippod harris fake is like 60$
Or YHM mount + crap bipod = 70$ lol...\\


ahh,,i always try to cut corners and never end up cutting them,  

Screw it, ill get the larue mount lol.. jk

YHM and KAC would be quality mounts at a decent price. (just no QD)

I wouldn't buy the rock mount bipod. I had one on my savage .308 while deer hunting last year. While hiking through some pine trees, the bipod snagged on a limb.....and was destroyed. They are CHEAP knockoffs. This one incident twisted it into a mess that I was not inclined to try to repair. The rock mount looks good and works fine on the shooting bench or truck hood, but it is not made for field conditions.

Talon Arms has a bipod mount on sale for $24 or $25 bucks. Metal and is made by a good manuf. I'm ordering one today.
