Any experience with a no-tool needed receiver sling mount in order to attach a HST (MOUT) sling? As always, images would be nice.... Also, any recommendations for online dealers of the no-tool needed receiver sling mount? |
KAC, requires disassembly of the receiver extension. Tangodown, clamp on, no modification to the rifle necessary, but will not allow the stock to fully collapse.  I don't use single point slings anymore, but I retained all of these sling adapters in case I want to mount my VCAS sling on the receiver instead of the stock

I have used the Midwest Industries MCTAR-30 on two builds and it is great and a snap to install. The stock still goes into the fully closed position. I did try their new HD version and for me it was not usable. It puts the swivel further back and down, right in my cheek. Sorry none of my pics show it in any detail. |
