Does anyone know who makes a range-type bag with dividers for multiple AR15 magazines?  I'm looking for a bag that will easily hold at least 12 or more 30-round magazines for transport to the range or a quick SHTF departure.  Any ideas?

I bought one from ACE Case it's called the 6 pack #99 and it holds 12 AR mags, 2 in a pocket and 6 pockets, 3 on each side.  It has velco flaps to close over the mags or you can just tuck them into the pouch and have quick access to the mags and it also has a shoulder strap.  I love the thing, it's perfect for the range or for a quick grab and go for SHTF.  One of the best things about it was it only cost $15.00 and is built really well.

I don't think you could beat that for $15. I just use vests and chest carriers for carrying mags and I can wear them if I need to.

What about this?

I've been thinking about getting one.  Might be a bit big, but it would be nice to have one AR bag-o-stuff.

Yup, that's definitely the bag I want!

I've been eyeing the Rifle B.O.B. for a while but I wanted to see some more details before making a decision.

Thanks for the tip on the ACE six-pack #99.  They are located a short distance from where I live.  I'll take a drive out there soon and pick up a couple of these cases.

That rifle bob is pretty sweet.  Where can you get those?

I called ACE today and they said it's currently only available in OD.  Apparently there was a fire at their manufactuirng facility and they lost most of their stock.  It may be a one-month wait for Black.

I'm still open to other suggestions while I await the black "six-pack" cases.

I got  a couple of GALITI.

they only HOLD 6 MAGS 20 or 30 rounders

when loaded with 75gr bulets it is kinda heavy

If I was younger I would opt for the 12 mag holder

After seeing this thread, I called up Ace and ordered one in OD green. The mag carrier arrived today and I am very pleased with it. It seems very well made, and FWIW it holds mags with MagPuls with no problem. I am going to try to find a slip on shoulder pad from a duffle bag or something to make it a little easier on the shoulder, but this case is perfect for trips to the range. IMO, it may be second only to the LULA in the best money one can spend on an AR accessory.

I'm glad you like the Ace bag and I also agree it is a great investment.  It is the best mag bag  I have found and I have looked all over the place for a good one.  The Ace Case is absolutely perect for range use of grab and go for SHTF or whatever.  It's definetly a great addition to your AR goodies

good luck with it

I haven't ordered mine yet but from all the pictures I've seen I don't believe those are MOLLE attachment ladders.   However they may work for pouches that only require one column of ladders.
