Okay. I'm sold. I have a second one on the way. My retro will keep its A1 but the rest will be wearing MIADs.

How do you get along with the MP-MIAD and the Mag-botton ?
The Grip fits fine...ok !...but is the Mag-botton still in reach ?
To drop the mag without to shift the hand ?
Is the texture realy as "sticky" as skateboardtape ?

with the triger gaurd on the miad, will it work well with heavy winter gloves? Because I live in North Dakota and it gets realy friking cold up here.

Shouldn't have a prob with the gloves. If ya do, just send it back within 60 days, no questions asked.

It works great with the gloves I use. You probably need to try it out with your specific gloves.

Is Magpul going to swap the backstraps so we have matching textures as the grip or are we stuck with oddball backstraps?

If exchanging preproduction grips the swap includes body, frontstraps and backstraps. the only limitng factor is we only have the non textured grip in black now.
