Hoping someone can help - I am trying to mount a GG&G Receiver End Plate Sling Adapter on my 6920 for a SP sling and having a tough time removing the locknut that locks the lower receiver to the stock tube. I'm using a Bushmaster stock tool but the nut won't budge. Is it pinned somewhere or something? Thanks! https://www.gggaz.com/images/REPSA.jpg |

Correct, Colt stakes their receiver extension lock nuts. If the wrench you are using won't get the nut loose you may have to use a pipe wrench and just replace the nut with a new one because the pipe wrench will chew up the nut a bit. Colt lock nuts are available from Brownell's for about $10 |
