For the amount of money that they charge they sure do seem like nice bags, if you own one could you comment on build, finish, quality per dollar spent, etc.

Here's a link to the one I am considering buying

Galati Tactical Rifle Case

Thanks,

I bought one probably 15 years ago. I bought a carbine length rifle case and a flight type bag. The rifle case ie in my trunk as we speak. The only thing wrong with it is there is a little rust where the strap mounts. That was from my trunk leaking and the case setting in water. The bag has been every where. It has been stuffed so full of crud on vacations that I would think it should of busted a long time before one of the seams finally did give way. I am going to get it resewed. For me they have worked great. I can afford better cases now but have never really got around to replaceing them since the rifle case still works.

I just picked up the one you are considering at a pawn shop for $30. Overall, I am very happy with it. It seems to be made well and very durable. I was getting ready to order one at full price, but I found this one and could not pass it up.

I haven't used their rifle cases but I do use their drag bag.  The stiching on it is very good, durable and will hold up to much abuse as much as the rest of the bag.

I've owned my Galati case for years. It's a damn nice case for the money.

I have one for my Bushy M4/A3, can't remember which particular length, but I do like it. They seem to be well made and durable. For the money, I think they are a good buy.

I have a couple of the 35" cases that I've had for a few years. They are as nice today as the day I bought them. Very durable.

Can I assume that a Bushy 16" HBAR with a birdcage suppressor outfitted with a  telescoping stock will fit into this 35" model?

Does the rifle just lay loose in the bag or does it velcro in place?

I have a Galati Bag that's probably 15 years old and one that's two years old, I'm no longer sure which is which. I have a range bag from them also that's a nice solid piece of equipment

My Bushy 16" HBAR fits just fine, and no, no velcro.

I had one more dumb question (don't worry...I have a million more).

Will the same rifle still fit in the case if I install a vertical grip?

I got 3 of them today.  My experience with them have been very good.  I had an old King Case which was a bit thicker and felt well built but for the price, these are good to go.

As for them fitting a M4 rifle with a pistol grip.  Yes.  I have an M4gery with an aimpoint, YHM rails and a KAC pistol grip.  Fits nice in the 37 inch case.  35 might be too snug.  I use the 37 for either my AK or M4.

Hope this helps
