Has anyone ever used this thing? By looking at the instructions, I'm guessing it either didn't come with all the webbing, or the instructions are for a different product. Is all Blackhawk stuff this bad? Anyone have any instructions on how to put this garbage on? I am going to have to return it and go back to my standard issue if I can't figure this out...
