I just got a Harris 9-13" Bipod, I installed it and it works great. I had a question about the spring system tho. The springs attach to the legs with a clip that stays put by the strings force pulling on it, and the friction stops it from moving. My first question is if that clip will ever move and have to be readjusted? My second question is, if you look at the leg there is a small cutout right where that clip is, but the clip is not in that cutout. What is that cupout for if the clip is not supposed to go into it?
