I use a large utility pouch on my Molle Vest.

[b]
Deep Utility Pouch. Designed after the famous Bren Gun Pouch of WWII, this nice and deep pouch will hold a ton of stuff. Basically all the same features as the Small Utility Pouch, but a whopping 11" deep. Often used as a "dump pouch" for empty magazines, although the MOLLE system on the back allows it to be mounted and used in a limitless variety of configurations.

I've heard great things about the Recce/MM pouch but heard its hard to get. The good news is I'm waiting for the Maxpedition (licensed version) to arrive. With Maxpedition making them they should be easier to get.
I've also heard good things about CSM gears bag. If nothing else, check Lightfighter.com.
     Hope this helps.

I like the Eagle SAS DMP or the Duty Evidence Pouch for a more low profile option.

I've been happy with my Eagle evidence pouch as a dump bag.  It rolls up out of the way when I'm not using it.

I use the dedicated EAGLE dump pouch. I've had pretty good success with it for the last year, it's optional open top fold over lip gives easy quick access for inserting mags. I have mine riding on the belt.

Just got my OD MM Dump Pouch and this thing is freakin awesome. hands down the ultimate dump pouch. well designed. Has a loop to fit it on a Web pistol belt or smaller. can hang it with Malice clips. You can fold it up out of sight out of mind until you need it and it's built exceptionally well. best $20 I ever spent on gear.
Just could not see hanging that Eagle dedicated dump pouch on my leg. looks like a 6 pack cooler with straps. ain't gonna do much IMTing with that huge box strapped on my leg.
I would recommend the Maxpedition/MM designed Pouch in a heart beat. holds 7 M-4 mags, has a draw string and you can pull the flap over the opening and it holds with velcro. Can't say enough good shit about this pouch. plus you could use it for a ton of other stuff as well.

Just got back from a two week school where i used my Maxpedition pouch for the shooting portions. Was very impressed with the build quality and had no problems with it. It was great to have a spot to put additional mags so I didn't have to keep running back to reload them. It was also a great spot to put empty mags and spent bangs. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dump pouch!

MPA90 can you please post some photos of your drop bag?

Sorry, dont have any pics right now. You can check out the Maxpedition website or military moron has some good pics. Maxpedition also makes three different sizes. I use the medium size which almost looked too big when I picked it up. It turned out to be the perfect size and I didn't even notice it was on my belt until I needed it.

The rain style AK mag pouches work really well for AR mags with magpulls on them.  Also if you cut the dividing liner out of it, it also works great for a drop pouch as well.

I think I paid about $4 for each at a surplus store.
