I've been thinking on getting a Vertical Grip, are they worth the money, if so which do you recommend?

No and I still don't see it, I went through both pages and did not see anything on a fore end handle. I saw something on a after market grip.

Advanced Armament has the rail and foregrip kit for $45.00!!!!! That is 1/2 the price of the GG&G kit.

Check it out. I ordered one today.
