 Bought the R-1 for my work rifle sometime back when they were discontinued back in 2010. Was issued a Bravo Company sbr probably around 2022 so I finally turned the aimpoint off and put my personal rifle away. I transplanted R-1 onto my Henry 45c, fired it up for hunting last week. I did not like the no magnification for hunting so I pulled it off and was putting it back in the box when I noticed the battery was dying. You gave it it good run you little CR2032 but your time has come. Dropped a new battery in it before I put it away.
