Not sure if I am posting in the right section and if not I apologize in advance.
Was looking through Ebay and saw this obvious fake Aimpoint Micro listed with an outrighteous bid price so far. The listing is very ambiguous and does not state it is a genuine Aimpoint but also does not state it is a clone either. I have reported it to EBay as counterfeit and it still obviously still listed and I have also tried to contact the seller with no response. Hate to see someone pay T1 prices for an obvious fake. Ebay requires more than one report, according to some who follow the G Shock listings that pop up there. And it may not stop the lister from ignoring, cancelling, or relisting the item.
Asking a question which is then posted with the listing puts it in the public eye and that usually piques other buyers concerns. |

Good on the seller. He canceled the original listing and created a new one with the word clone in the title. His other current and completed listings don't show any familiarity with firearm optics. It seems to me like he honestly wasn't aware it was counterfeit and, when notified, made efforts to correct the situation.
