I bought this mount, and I'm trying to figure out (1) how tight the QD levers should be and (2) how tight the screws for the scope right. I know the latter is 20-25 lbs, but I don't have a torque wrench, so it's difficult to estimate.

To get the 20-25 use a standard Allen wrench(finger type) go till the wrench starts to flex you'll be fine. For the throw levers I don't go very tight due to them locking. If you have trouble opening them their to tight.
