Ordered from dealer on Dec 1st.
Emailed them after 3 days. Return email:
You're order is in good standing and will ship on Thursday. Check your account for shipping details. Today is Thursday, no shipping information on my account, no communications from them. It's a week and a day gone by and nothing.. I sent an email demanding a refund or I go to my bank to get my money back... no response.
No shipment after a week plus and a cunning email sent to me. If they could ship tomorrow I would still refuse. I don't
want to do any business with this sort of dealer.

Mount was shipped and scheduled to arrive Tuesday. Two weeks from order date to delivery. 400 miles away.. Lousy dealer.
I'll accept but won't do biz with them again. Not worth the time getting bank involved now.

Just received a friendly email from dealer. Offered me a discount on my next purchase due to the delay.
A little pick me up I suppose.

I ordered the same mount from them at 11pm on December 4th. UPS man just delivered it last night.

I wouldnt write them off forever,  OP.

Not trying to rub salt in a wound.  I had a good transaction with them. I dont think they're trying to scam you.

At least they gave you a discount coupon. If you dont want it, IM it to me

I ordered the same thing and it took longer than I would've liked. But for the price and what you're getting, I'm not complaining.

It may also be the shipping co this time of year. You print a label one day, they pick it up the next, day or two delay due to heavy volume or weather issues, toss a sunday in the middle of it all...

I had a worse experience OP.  I ordered mine back in mid Oct and finally received my mounts last week after sending 3 emails to their customer service reps (they didn't read my email, just regurgitated their response from my previous email)...not the worst customer service, but I probably won't be doing business with them again.

That said, the mounts are very nice!

You're more patient than I am. Glad you like the mount. I won't be buying from this dealer again. If they would have disclosed a potential delay I would have had no issue with them.
They just sent a scripted email.. selling me BS. Then after they did finally ship which was days after I asked for a refund which they ignored they send me the discount offering.
They can't buy me.. discounts are offered from just about all online companies.
I'm done with them.. I just want the mount and then just move on.

By the way, a few dealers are offering the same price and better service.

Mount arrived this morning.. mount is nicked up and to long. Looks used.. Possibly a defective mount half ass repaired. Was shipped from LC, not dealer. Why am I not surprised?

"Too long" how?



"Longer than the Burris mount" does not mean that the GDI is too long, it's not made by Burris nor is it OEM for that optic.

It has some marks on it yeah, that's unsat. I would get my money back.

I spoke with the rep at LC. He gave me an RMA and assured me a refund less shipping.
This mess cost me about $14.00.          Cluster Fuck!
