building my first AR and does anyone know what brands makes these kind of rear BUIS and thoughts on it. thanks

The main one is LMT; there may be other copy cats, but the .mil uses LMT (in that style).

If you already have a carry handle sight like I did you can chop it to do the same as the LMT.

I'm a big fan of the LMT L8A fixed rear sight. I like to RIBZ them.

Good quality. Windage and elevation adjustable.
Just heavy/bulky compared to other BUIS. If you are good with that trade-off, they are excellent.
