Nothing else in a tactical turret scope is even close. And it is available in the illuminated motion activated Firedot version at the same 9.6 ounces. Their capped turret VX-1 hunting models in the same power are only 8.1 ounces, although the hunting Weaver V3 comes close at 8.5 ounces. |

I couldn't recall what it was just picked the 14 oz as some 1-4's are close to that but most are up in the 18oz range sans rings. How does thr leuopie eye relief compares to the other 1-4's. I know it's a second fp reticle but it doesn't matter to me. |

How does thr leuopie eye relief compares to the other 1-4's. super forgiving better and than my vortex and way better than Bushnell 1-4 and the PA .....I have a couple 1-4 and a PA 1-6 and I like the Leupold better for dynamic shooting because the scope is so forgiving as far as perfect head/eye placement for quick shots and transitioning right to left |

Aren't most 1" scopes super light? I had a TR21 that was like 11 oz or something like that. I'd rather take a 30mm with a 1X on the low end myself, even if it weighs more. The Leupold VX-R 1.25-4x has a thicker 30mm main tube and is still only 11.5 ounces. It is very hard to beat Leupold on weight on comparable scopes. One reason is that they now use lead free glass. |
