i'd start with making sure your mount is completely solid and not loose/wobbly. then check and see if the shift is repeatable.

do you have astigmatism? does the dot appear as a perfectly round dot or is it oblong? if you have astigmatism, making the dot brighter can mess with the appearance of the dot, and your shot placement

the mount is pretty solid, it seems that every time I have to change the elimination setting I have to re-zero the rifle . I don't think I have astigmatism. but that is very interesting to know, Maybe it is time I check my eyes, thanks for the info I will look into it.

If you don't see a perfect round dot, it's your eyes.   When you turn it up, it blooms and your eyes can use a different image for the aimpoint.

this is really weird never thought I had eye problems. the thing is when I change the brightness setting one notch up I have to re-zero  again and the grouping becomes centered and tight again. I am wondering if any of you guys had this problem with the Aimpoint Pro.

Yes. The solution was laser eye surgery. I tried for years to fix with band-aids like different optics and contacts and other silly purchases of wasted money. Then I got laser vision correction and see perfectly and can use any optic. PRK can be done cheaply now days and you probably can get enough from a pretax medical deduction to pay for it at the start of next year.

Nope, not normal at all.  The intensity setting has nothing to do with the elevation or windage adjustments.  Have somebody else shoot your rifle and see what happens they they adjust it.
