| Recently purchased a DPMS .308 but not sure what sights to use. Not really going to use it for hunting as I am more shooting at the range. Looking for a good setup in either a rifle scope or possibly a red dot with magnifier. Looking at probably 300 yrds at range or hunting. Thanks in advance. |

I can't see myself putting a red dot on a 308. I wouldn't want to limit myself as far as range goes. An illuminated scope would be a better choicel. I have a Primary arms 4-16x44 mildot on mine.
If you want a lower power for closer ranges then go at a 1-6x or a 2-10x.... IMHO.. |
