Looking at other pictures on the net, the ones you are pointing out look normal, while the other two at the top look too deep. When you had them out, were they all the same size? If they were identical, the hole in the mount was drilled deeper on two of those spots. You could also have been provided screws to another mount, but which are compatible, they just have a shorter head so they look deeper. How do they look on the other side? Are the protruding about the same amount?
Did you buy the mount used? Someone may have screwed up the original bolts and those shorter ones are the only ones they could find as replacements. It doesn't matter either way. |

It doesn't matter either way. bought it straight from the manufacturer, all 8 screws are of identical length and same size head too! the bottom screws and the front tops are all in the same depth as far as my eyes can tell. i screwed those 2 in first, took them out screwed the front ones in first, swapped screws etc....all with the same outcome you see in the pic....WEIRD!! edit: none had washers either.... |

That would indicate that the head wells were not drilled to the same depth then. It doesn't really matter, but it is kind of shitty for as much as those mounts cost. So those two deeper bolts have more threads exposed on the back side, correct? |

Did you screw the two screws that are set in further first all the way? If you did, that may be why. You need to tighten them up a little at a time over and over again until you get to the appropriate torque value. My ADM mount has all the screws even. you know i thought i did......maybe thats why, but i wontde why ONLY those 2 why not any on the bottoms? |
