| Looking for opinions on best optic for new SPR build. Currently looking at Vortex 2.5x10x44. Anything to compare in that category of glass, looking to spend $500.00 or less. Thanks |

Vortex is a solid option, but what goal are you trying to accomplish? Punch paper at 100 yards in normal daylight conditions? Ring steel at longer distances?
Want to dial in elevation or prefer a BDC like reticle for holdovers? Pride Fowler 3-12x42 Evolution 5.56/7.62 30mm Rifle Scope is one to take a look at. For the price point, it is a decent scope and reticle is effective. |

Natchez is out of stock with them now. Don't know if they will be getting any more in but they had the Weaver Super Slam Tactical 2-10x36 for $399. Its a hell of a scope for $399

It's fine. I go back and forth between it and an ERGO deluxe on that gun, but it's plenty comfortable. |
